This collection was collected by Ian Nicholson and includes eight postcards printed overseas about Australians taken at Gallipoli in 1914, during the Gallipoli Campaign, together with six single issues of Australia in the Great War : the story told in pictures, edited by H.C. Smart.

Acquired by the Academy Library, UNSW Canberra from Ian Nicholson under the Cultural Gifts Program in 1990.
