Use this form to book an appointment before visiting
We welcome requests to view collection material.
Access is available By-Appointment only, Monday-Friday 9:30am-4:30pm.
Special Collections will formally confirm your booking. You must allow at least 48 hours' notice for reply.
Instructions for your visit will be supplied with your appointment confirmation.
Assist us to schedule your appointment by specifying:
- The name/number of the collections that you wish to view
- The dates/times that you are available to visit, including forthcoming deadlines
Privacy Notice:
Personal information provided in the form will be used by the University of New South Wales (UNSW) to respond to your enquiry concerning the UNSW Canberra Special Collections, and to notify you of information about the Special Collections we consider may be of interest to you. The provision of this information is voluntary, but the University may be unable to facilitate access if you do not provide this information. Personal information that you submit will be held by UNSW and be accessible only by staff who require access for the use purposes set out above. You can submit a request to access or amend any of your personal information you provide to UNSW by emailing specialcollections.cbr@unsw.edu.au.
